Tabish and Vaibhav their staff members were fabulous and help in every single day. Our stay was for a month and it never felt too long. Parking space is Ample. Breakfast is also good having multiple options. Ambience is also great. I would surely recommend it to my colleagues and friends.

Room is clean and staff is good manner especially Vaibhav & Tabish.. parking space available, breakfast and welcome drinks good.. Room service is also good in weekend time. nice hotel stay and prefer next time & refer the other business people

The Hotel is very welcoming, with Reception staff very friendly, all the staff were lovely and helpful, who we spoke to. The rooms was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice and bright. Especially for putting Make up on, also with an additional mirror for close up ideal for my mum as she wears glasses. Breakfast was a good variety with fresh fruit, yogarts,cerial jucies, variety of teas and Full English Breakfast etc.

The staff at the Mercure are always friendly and welcoming.Nothing is too much for them and they are always willing to help. The hotel rooms are clean, fresh, well maintained and provided with coffee, tea and milk on a daily basis. We choose this hotel because it is well located for the motorways into Sheffield, Doncaster and the suburbs of Rotherham ( Whiston and Wickersley). We stay throughout the year and hence the price of the rooms can vary, but we feel it is competitive and offers good value for money. We have already booked our next stay, so that speaks volumes.

2.5 stars. Noisy as overlooks a freight depot that operates late (at least 11.30pm) This can be heard even with windows closed. Don’t think the air con works as my room was hot in October. Had window open but then had to suffer the noise. It’s a shame because the staff were lovely and the place was very clean. Recommend if staying to ask for room that doesn’t overlook the depot
