Perfect Location with a Beautiful Sea View

Great stay overall! The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to everything we needed—restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room was clean and had all the essential amenities. We especially enjoyed the beautiful sea view from our window. Would definitely stay here again!

Good Hotel for exploring Nha Trang

This was my first time in Nha Trang, and I was very pleased with my choice. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, which is perfect for exploring the local atmosphere. I took the bus from Cam Ranh and asked the driver to stop near the Novotel — it's a great landmark, especially if you're in the city for the first time, as the bus route passes by it, and the driver knows exactly where to stop. The hotel is also not far from the beach, which is another advantage. As an Accor Plus Platinum member, I received an upgrade, and the room was not only clean but also had a great view. The service was top-notch with no complaints. There were a couple of minor issues with my booking, but they were quickly and professionally resolved by the staff at the front desk. Nothing serious, things like that happen. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes. I particularly enjoyed the selection of Asian cuisine, and the staff constantly ensured cleanliness and replenished the dishes in a timely manner. The room was bright and cozy. In the evenings, it was comfortable to sit at the desk with my computer, which isn’t always the case in other Ibis hotels. The air conditioning worked perfectly, without strong airflows, maintaining a comfortable temperature, making my stay even more enjoyable. Although I'm not a fan of waking up early, this hotel creates all the conditions to live in a rhythm with early mornings. With a great view, the possibility of a morning swim in the sea, and the overall vibe of Nha Trang, where the city wakes up early, it's easy to get into the rhythm and start the day actively. Overall, the hotel left an excellent impression, and I would gladly return here next time.

We booked 34 rooms here for our wedding guests for 4 nights in May 2024 and honestly the team were fantastic! The rooms etc were bright and clean, the team were so helpful and the pre-planning leading up was seamless. The staff are very responsive by email leading up to our booking. Our guests were all very complimentary on the facilities and the hotel location which is so central you can walk to the main attractions etc. If you can stretch the family suite rooms were particularly good with so much room and great views! Highly recommended

This is an old ibis with low service

The hotel is very old. Worn towels in the room, stains on the towels, poor cleaning, air conditioning does not work on the floors in the lobby. There are also holes in a towels. One shower gel in the room, it is also shampoo, the cheapest. The rooms have an unpleasant smell, an old room. I had to buy an aromatic spray for the room. The breakfast is disgusting, there is no coffee machine, no tea bags, poor choice. The cook who makes scrambled eggs was very unhappy when I asked him to cook fresh. And reluctantly he prepared it for me. In the end, he cooked raw scrambled eggs. There is no cheese and normal butter for bread, margarine instead of butter. The hotel is being neglected by the staff, there is a feeling that it is being worn out to the end and plans to close. This is not the level of the ibis network, definitely.

It’s not very commun for me to rave about a hotel service, but on this occasion, my 2 night stay at the ibis Styles Nha Trang blew all my expectations. From being upgraded, you would say it’s almost usual for Accor All members, but still thank you for that. What stroke me what the very efficient and friendly service at all time, from all reception staff, with a special token to Ngoc (Reservations Manager), without forgetting Tien and Anh. Always smiling, caring and a nice word despite being always a busy operation. Congratulations for your excellent service and to the General Manager for running such a smooth operation. Well done All!
