２０１５年に一度きて大変良かったので、今回もここを選びました。ビーチに面したテラスのある部屋は開放感もあり気持ちよくステイできました。プールやサウナもおすすめです。プール横のレストランのセットメニューがとても美味しかったです。そして、何より、スタッフの笑顔がいいです。Special thanks toTu、Kiet, Thanh . Others, we really liked your smile😀 唯一残念だったのはホテルからのタクシーのお迎えを予約していたのに、誰も迎えにきておらず、連絡がつかない間大変不安に思ったのと30分以上も時間をロスしたことです。それに関する応対がsorryだけだったのも残念でした。 We chose to stay here again because we came once in 2015 and it was very good. The rooms with terraces facing the beach gave us a pleasant stay with a feeling of openness. The pool and sauna are also highly recommended. The set menu at the restaurant next to the pool was very good. And above all, we really liked the smiles of the staff. Special thanks toTu, Kiet, Thanh . Others, we really liked your smile 😀 The only disappointment was that we had booked a taxi pick-up from the hotel, but no one came to pick us up and we felt very uneasy while we couldn't reach them and lost more than 30 minutes of our time. We borrowed some　locals stranger's phone and finally it came. It was also disappointing that the only response we received was ”sorry”.

This was our second stay here. Our first stay was 10 years ago, and when we decided to visit Nha Trang again, we knew we wanted to stay here again. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Tu (one of the managers) was very friendly, and Kiet (our server at the poolside restaurant) made the evening even more pleasant. The food was excellent. We enjoyed a leisurely breakfast every day, and Thann (the restaurant manager) ensured that we had everything we needed. In addition to everything else, there is a very nice sauna.

Novotel Nha Trang has been my regular hotel when I visit Nha Trang. It has a good location with a fantastic ocean view. From the hotel, I can easily walk to the night market, beach, or some destination, also the bus station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Big thanks to admin fanpage Ms. Ly for supporting and reviewing some street food restaurants near the hotel. I will come back!
