Po drugie stronie terminalu kontenerowego , całą noc zorładunek kontenerów i dźwięki sztaplarek. Spanie bardzo utrudnione

Dzień dobry! Dziękujemy za podzielenie się swoją opinią. Bardzo nam przykro, że hałas z terminalu kontenerowego wpłynął na jakość Pańskiego wypoczynku. Doskonale rozumiemy, jak ważna jest cisza dla spokojnego snu i przepraszamy, że nie udało nam się w pełni spełnić oczekiwań pod tym względem. Stale dążymy do poprawy komfortu naszych gości, a Pańska opinia jest dla nas bardzo cenna. I stayed in the hotel for a week. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and location was quiet. Nice view of the river from the 19th floor. Good gym and pool. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Surrounded area is safe with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Staff is unprepared to deal with customers because they deny everything you ask. Don’t stay here, unless you like stress disorder or unhappiness!. I’m here from 15th to 16th and I almost hate my decision to book this hotel. Political administration it’s terrible !

New hotel with modern style and just what you need. Basic not luxurious but nice. Looks at port with pool top restaurant and nice coffee stand in lobby and good bar. Central location. In 2022 just a few years old. Good mini bar choice. Even room look at water.

Great hotel - front desk could get some training

Second time i stayed in this hotel, great modern and clean hotel! Only the frontdesk could really get some additional training. We arrived 00:05 and where really tired from our trip, but the staff was busy with another client. Because of the fact that the staff didn't know how the system worked, it took more then 50 minutes to check-in the guest in front of us. Our checkin went a little better, but when i finally reached my room, the lock was broken, so needed to go again downstairs. Crew didn't know what to do, so gave me a new room finally.
