Singapur’a son 2 yılda 2. gelişim. Her seferinde de bu otelde konakladım. Kahvaltı güzel, odalar temiz tek bir sorun var o da resepsiyona ulaşılamıyor. Telefonumu açmaları için yedi veya sekiz kez aramam gerekiyor. Açıklamaları ise grup check-in ve out yoğunluğu olduğu. Yani acil bir durum olsa, başıma bir şey gelse aradığımda telefonu açacak kimse yoktu. Aradığım saatler öğleden sonra 15:45 ve sabah 05:10 :) her seferinde aynı şey. Komik. Eğer söyledikleri doğruysa gerçekten yoğunlarsa otel yönetiminin ivedilikle bir santral görevlisi işe alması gerekiyor. Resepsiyon görevleri telefonlara yetişemiyorlar ise yalnızca telefonlara bakacak bir santral görevlisi şart. Bu önemli bir konu.

Premetto di essere un cliente platino e quindi ho avuto modo di visitare centinaia di hotel della catena . Non è stata una grande esperienza . Le camere sono davvero, ma davvero piccole (e avevo una privilege) con lavandino minuscolo e nessuno spazio per sopravvivere , nemmeno l’armadio . Letto matrimoniale quasi accessibile solo da una parte . Avrei dovuto avere in camera la nespresso ma non c’era , e nonostante la mia richiesta con assicurazione che sarebbe stata portata, in tre giorni non è mai arrivata . La Seconda sera ho trovato la camera non ordinata , segnalato in reception e nessuna reazione . La colazione è discreta ma ben al di sotto degli standard di Singapore . Purtroppo e’ un hotel che non consiglio .

Décevant pour le prix et pour un hôtel Mercure. Seul point positif la literie dans la chambre où j'étais au 6ème étage. Heureusement car je suis restée 7 nuits. Hôtel très bruyant, mal insonorisé. Le personnel fait le ménage dans les chambres et le couloir très tard. Il a fallu que je leur demande de cesser de passer l'aspirateur dans le couloir à 23H30. Si vous voulez prendre un petit déjeuner au calme passer votre chemin car la musique est à fond dans la salle. Pas très agréable dès 6H. Grand buffet mais peu de choses pour les personnes qui prennent un petit déjeuner à l'occidental. Il a fallu également que j'insiste pour le ménage de ma chambre car au bout de 3 jours il n'allait pas être fait. J'ai payé une chambre assez chère, ce n'est pas pour que le ménage soit fait que tous les 3 jours. J'ai rendu une serviette toute déchirée. Non cet hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel Mercure. Je suis très décue

My apologies for the confusion about the Heartist F&B rate, the updated F&B discount for Heartist is 30% for year 2024. If the ongoing hotel promotions offers more discount, the team will certainly advise. As with the location for breakfast, Mercure guest can enjoy their breakfast at Winestone, should the guest opted to have it as well at Food Exchange it is a option and will certainly not decline guest for having their breakfast either one of the restaurants. As with the FudeBar@Cafe Melba, my sincere apology for the confusion as this is a outsource and not managed by the hotel. We hope to welcome you back for an improved experience in the future.
