While we are glad you found the hotel neat and enjoyed the breakfast provided by our partners at Edesia, we recognize your frustrations regarding the room dimensions. Our property is designed with compact urban efficiency in mind to maximize functionality within Singapore’s land-scarce environment. We understand that managing luggage for three guests in our Triple rooms can be a challenge, and our combined shower and toilet layout is a deliberate, space-saving design common in modern city-center hotels. Regarding our location, we are surprised to hear it felt inconvenient, as we are typically praised for our connectivity. With Rochor MRT just a 3-minute walk away and Little India MRT only 6 minutes away, most of Singapore’s central attractions are reachable within a very short and affordable train ride. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the lobby seating and the service style of our team; we will review this internally as we always strive to provide a welcoming and helpful environment for all our guests.
