Had a wonderful and blissful stay in Mercure stevens. Excellent timely services and very helpful & hardworking staff. Suren,Deepika, Gopi & Tiana were so helpful in getting things done very smoothly and swiftly. Rani in the restaurant also very quick in arranging a table for breakfast. Special thanks to cleaning staff keeping our room clean all time. On a whole I highly appreciate the hotel management and hierarchy for the great hospitality. Thank you so much and would love to visit again in future !!

We stayed at this hotel for our year-end vacation and also our honeymoon! Location is so good that not far from Orchard downtown but quiet enough to take a rest and the amenities are also great! There are two pools and one gym, the gym is new and full of good machines. Room is just perfect for us two, I love their shower amenities it’s smells so so good! Every single staffs are very nice, operators, front desk, concierge, but especially the housekeeper, Mr. Xiang Dong and F&B staffs, Ms. Carmella Paras were being so welcoming and really took care of us while we stayed. They made our vacation so special! We would definitely come back to Mercure Stevens when we visit to Singapore again :)
