I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Singapore on Stevens road, made even better by the outstanding service from two staff members, Elliani and Noryn. Both ladies were incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. They went out of their way to assist us with genuine care and professionalism, which made us feel truly welcomed and valued as guests. Their positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out and reflected the high standard of service at the hotel. Thank you, Elliani and Noryn, for making our experience so pleasant. Zhong Kun did great job cleaning the room every other day. He also answered questions I asked enthusiastically. I really enjoy staying at Mercure on Stevens Singapore.
