We stayed at this hotel pre-cruise. The checkin process was very smooth. The room was clean and a nice size. Hotel staff was friendly and the bar service was really good as well. The location is about 15 to 20 min from main attractions but still a great area. One thing to add: if you are staying for more than 3 days, storage space will be an issue, however they have larger rooms available.

We had our staycay at Novotel Stevens Road during the Xmas period. We enjoyed the premier lounge service and the attentiveneas of Sabrina, Anand, Zoe & Gilbert. The hospitality & service is impeccable. Will definitely return to Novotel Singapore soon.

Breakfast at the hotel was a great start to the day. The manager, Mr.Mohamad was very attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly, and the staff were quick, efficient, and friendly. Service was excellent and made the experience even more enjoyable!! Definitely will come back! 😄
