Overall the staff for Novotel is very friendly. One of the staff named Gopi is very nice and helpful during the check in. He take care all of us very well.

I had a wonderful stay and the service truly stood out. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, especially Deepika, who was always warm and attentive. A special mention to Dharshan at the concierge. He went above and beyond to help me plan and book my travel to Malaysia and was always available to assist with taxis whenever I needed to head out for activities. Their genuine care, patience, and professionalism made my stay smooth and stress free. I felt well supported throughout and would absolutely recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service.
