Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to learn about the disappointing experience you had during your stay. Please accept our sincere apologies for the missing hairdryer, the difficulty in reaching our team, the delay in delivering the requested item, and the lack of an apology. We are especially concerned to hear about the bathroom door, which prevented you from using the shower and significantly impacted your comfort. Your comments have been reviewed with our teams and corrective actions have been taken. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and we regret that we let you down on this occasion.
