As part of our ongoing building enhancement works, one of the elevators is currently undergoing upgrading, which has temporarily reduced the lift availability. We understand that the longer waiting time and the presence of workers may have caused frustration, and we truly appreciate your patience during this period. Please be assured that these improvement works are being carried out to enhance the overall facilities and guest experience in the future. We also take note of your comments regarding the cleanliness and organization of the common areas such as the basement. 部屋は不潔な感じはないものの、細かなホコリやカビは気にはなった。シャワーは弱いが、温度調整ができよかった。特に気になったのは、ベッドです。 布団をかぶるとムズムズして不快でした。 結局、布団をかぶらずに寝ることに、、 エアコンも効いてるので寒かった、、 リネン類を交換してもらっても同じでした。 特に身体には異変はないが、とりあえずムズムズして痒かった。 そこだけが難点でした。

特にエレベーター、工事中なので全館で1台しかエレベーターがなく、常時作業員等で一杯で、移動に時間がかかる。また、地下等の共用部分が汚く、整理整頓されていない。

以前より気になっていたホテルですが、最高のロケーションで、やはり今回ここを利用して良かったと思います。どこに出かけるのにも大変便利でした！部屋自体はコンパクトでしたが、収納場所がたくさんあり、不便はありませんでした。残念だった点は３つ。１つはホテルの構造上の問題ですが、高層階でもエレベーター前からは階段(！)利用で客室に行かなくてはならないこと。荷物が多かったので、出入りが大変でした。２つめは清掃の不備。バストイレの床に毛髪が残っていたり、タオルの入れ替えをごっそり忘れられたり、と残念なことがありました。３つめは、周囲のゲストの騒音。比較的若い年齢層のゲストが多いようで、話し声や歌声が深夜まで聞こえ、セキュリティーに注意して頂きましたが、その後の日中もお構いなしで、諦めました。一方で、１FのJACさんはとても気さくかつ協力的で、同行した母にも親切に対応くださり、チェックアウト時には、大変助かりました。
