Stayed here the night before our flight out of Brisbane. We had my husbands service dog Hoover with us. He was greeted warmly by the staff. The room was lovely and just what we needed. Ordered room service which was very quick and lovely. Shower pressure was great. Check out was quick and easy. Can definitely understand why they have gotten so many awards over the past couple of years.

We stayed here as we had an early flight in the morning. The walk from the hotel to the Domestic airport takes about 15 minutes, Mostly undercover, but one short spot where it is not. So convenient. Front staff really courteous and will give you all the information that you need. Comfy bed, good TV and spacious room. The bathroom has shower and bath. Both really nice. Did not eat in the restaurant as it seemed quite expensive. Ate elsewhere. Very good place to stay. Short walk from the Airtrain.

We had one night awaiting a flight home. We had a suite with advertised lounge access.No lounge access lounge was open but only for tea coffee and juices. All other of what we expect in a lounge was delivered in the one restaurant area.Limited pre dinner option just a platter.Breakfast buffet adequate.Not the same as a true accor priviledge if you do not have this available to you in the lounge?No idea of the why??no one said. So sad that this aspect is far from 5 star not worth opting for tbh. Room clean and all good for a night. Very expensive however for a night so look into this hotel before booking

Hôtel de bon standing, un peu à l'écart de l'aéroport. L'accès se fait depuis l'aéroport par bus et en marchant, ou bien avec la navette de l'hôtel moyennant un petit supplément. Style moderne. Chambres propres, bien tenues, accueil professionnel et sympathique.

Pullman d.une médiocrité désolante qui ose se faire passer pour un 5 étoiles….chambre agréable mais bar,restaurant très bas de gamme avec un personnel du même niveau Vraiment pas un bon représentant du groupe Accor
