We had a great time at Novotel Brisbane Airport. Rooms were good and the hotel is conveniently located close to airport and cruise terminal. Excellent breakfast with very friendly service from Anthony and his colleagues. Overall, a very good and kid friendly experience.

Had a great stay! Good customer service from the reception staff that were very understanding and patient with a few last minute changes we had. House keepers did an awesome job! Restaurant staff always friendly & welcoming for breakfast. Highly recommend hotel for short or long term stay! Special shout out to Anthony from the restaurant for such amazing customer service, super friendly & vibrant always made time to chat to us and check in how we were with our meals & stay!

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti.. Assolutamente perfette.. Vicino all aeroporto ma anche all autostrada per visitare la sunshine coast .. Prenotato una matrimoniale standard dicendo che eravamo in luna di miele.. Abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di spumante e una camera splendida! Pulitissimo nuovo molto spaziosa, macchina nespresso x il caffè inclusa e acqua offerta tutti i gg.. Ottimo anche per la vicinanza ( di fronte) all outlet .. Fino a sera trovi ristò, bar e supermercato aperto.. Molto comodo.. Lo consigliamo assolutamente..unico consiglio se si vuole visitare il centro è avere la macchina.. Con i mezzi ci si arriva in mezz ora.. Cmq fattibile.. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
