Check in was straight forward, staff were friendly Room was quite dated but very clean. About 15 min walk to the airport, we arrived by train and withing walking distance of train station. Resort world also around 15 min walk. Bed was really comfortable, would stay again.

Lovely hotel . Beautiful rooms.great breakfast. Only negative is the fact you have to pay £15 extra to park. You have to pay as where else would you leave the car. Staff are so lovely and friendly. Fantastic hotel close to the venue nec. 10 minutes walk

We charge for parking to ensure their are spaces for our guests and to avoid our car park being abused by those using it and not staying at the hotel. We stayed for 2 nights as we were visiting birmingham for a music gig at bp pulse live. It wasnt too bad, although the decor was a little odd in the room with some weird graphic on the wall, the bed could have been comfier and the tv could have been bigger. It did have decent space as we booked a family room, since it was the only accomodation available for when we were visiting. Main issue I had with the place is that their parking is £15 per night, which quite frankly is absolutely extortionate, especially compared to other hotels.

My mum, daughter and myself traveled to NEC to attend Torvill and Dean’ last tour and couldn’t have been happier with the choice of hotel - it was easy to find from the train station and the check in was easy and stress free - the room itself was clean and had everything that we needed with a double bed and two single beds (even a travel cot which we didn’t require 🤣) The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff that found us a table, even when they were extremely busy. The breakfast was ideal to keep us going for a busy day of shopping and the bar was very welcome after a busy day. All in all, we had a really lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in future visits

On arrival the car park was at capacity so had to park 15 minutes away. I was able to come back and park later though when a space became available. Staff were polite on arrival and generally helpful & pleasant. Decent size room with all basic facilities. Room was freezing cold for all of the stay. The radiator in the room had been deactivated and the climate control was stuck on 21C and couldn’t be changed.
