Lovely atmosphere helped by the ever attentive staff. Always a pleasure to stay here when flying from Bhx or at an event at the NEC Resorts World. Lovely breakfast too. The carpark spacing is adequate and I never struggle for a space. Can’t fault it.

Easy to get to from the motorway & plenty of parking (£15 per night). Check in was quick and easy. Twin room was large with the nice addition of a sofa, bathroom was excellent. 10 min walk to the NEC and another 5 mins to BP Resorts, so it's great for gigs (we saw Bryan Adams!) The hotel bar was open when we got back from the concert, which was a great addition and lots of us gig-goers chose to have a nightcap (or two!). No complaints from me, I'd be happy to stay here again.

Check in was straight forward, staff were friendly Room was quite dated but very clean. About 15 min walk to the airport, we arrived by train and withing walking distance of train station. Resort world also around 15 min walk. Bed was really comfortable, would stay again.

Lovely hotel . Beautiful rooms.great breakfast. Only negative is the fact you have to pay £15 extra to park. You have to pay as where else would you leave the car. Staff are so lovely and friendly. Fantastic hotel close to the venue nec. 10 minutes walk

We stayed for 2 nights as we were visiting birmingham for a music gig at bp pulse live. It wasnt too bad, although the decor was a little odd in the room with some weird graphic on the wall, the bed could have been comfier and the tv could have been bigger. It did have decent space as we booked a family room, since it was the only accomodation available for when we were visiting. Main issue I had with the place is that their parking is £15 per night, which quite frankly is absolutely extortionate, especially compared to other hotels.
