Average at best. Wifi is lacking. Bedding is low quality and very light plus blankets old. Room has nowhere decent to hang long clothes or to put shoes. Breakfast ok but staff are slow to collect used plates from the tables. Bread for toast is unfresh, not appealing. No plates handy. Big jars with the spreads are very hard to get the spread out with a knife and then now small bowls to put it on. Lack of serviettes. The hot food in the bowls is hard to get at - the bowl lids are extremely heavy to manoeuvre and place on the silly stands whilst trying to get food out with one hand. How can they not see that?? No extra cutlery to use in sight. The tray of warmed croissants and pastries were all dry and hard. Fresh fruit average. Hotel is convenient to the airport but that is its only real highlight.

It’s many years since we last stayed at this hotel and not because we didn’t like it. We received a warm welcome when we checked in and we had a nice, spacious and airy room which met all of our needs. There is a nice restaurant on site and the hotel is situated between the domestic and international terminals at Mascot. While the hotel itself does not provide a coach service to the terminals, you can make a booking at the hotel to be picked up by a commercial operator.

Stayed one night in late August 2025 This is a fantastic airport hotel that exceeded my expectations. From the moment you walk in, there's a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately sets a positive tone. As Accor Platinum members, we received a generous room upgrade to a spacious suite, which was a lovely surprise. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room remained impressively quiet despite being 10 minutes from the airport. The downstairs restaurant was absolutely outstanding! We enjoyed excellent food and took advantage of the 50% Accor Plus discount, though I'm disappointed to learn this is reducing to 30% from October 1st. The evening drinks and canapés for Platinum members were excellent quality and great value. I also love the downstairs bar area, which is perfect for unwinding after travel. My only real complaint is the open-plan bathroom design, which lacks privacy from the bedroom when you need some personal space. I really hope this trend doesn't continue in hotels, as it's not particularly practical for couples or families and who wants to hear their partner or room mate going to the bathroom? Despite this bathroom design quirk, this is an excellent airport hotel with top-notch service, food, and amenities. The staff clearly know how to take care of their guests, and the overall experience was exceptional. The location is perfect for airport stays, and the genuine warmth of the service makes all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on future Sydney trips!

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient—being right next to Mascot Station made getting around Sydney effortless. Our room was impressively spacious, providing plenty of comfort for our family. A special highlight of our stay was the service we received at the morning buffet breakfast. Matt went above and beyond in looking after our kids—his friendly manner and attention made the mornings a real pleasure. The housekeeping staff was very efficient and helpful special mention for Sonja who was very helpful indeed. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to offer at least one more hot vegetarian option at breakfast to cater for a wider range of guests. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent staff, great location, and comfortable rooms. We’ll definitely be back!
