Great service from front office to bell hop . Check in is a bit slow and guests have to queue in line for 10-15 minutes. Think this is one area to improve on for a 5 star hotel. We always love having our staycation here as we love the greenery and resort feel of the place but minus the crowd. The shuttle bus service is great for those without a car. Thank you for the birthday cake n macarons.

Strongly encouraged to dine elsewhere, the food is left wanting, even for The Cliff, which is quite disappointing. The staff needs retraining, unsure if it’s due to urgent recruitment or they were relaxed for the past 02 years. But the dated rooms were decent, clean, and excellent sleep quality. Their staff’s service recovery is commendable, a bit too late cos we cut short by a night due to the high expectations of the place.

Worst experience ever under Accor plus member stay

Never believe all the review until I try personally , disappointed and worst experience ever under accord hotel . Offer an upgrade from email , agree to upgrade but non guarantee after all hotel and check , was told if want guarantee upgrade price is different and higher then offer from email, check in was slow and no exclusive people serving under accord long term membership, room was old and not clean , wifi signal was bad . Never offer welcome drink voucher for accord membership until I call up and check then they issue the welcome drink voucher. Intercom to receptionist no respond from my luxury room , when over for my another prestige suite room call they answer . Really not believe sofitel standard that bad until I experienced personally.

Booked for a Luxury King but was offered an upgrade to a Junior Suite with a small charge. Interior for the room is a little dated but cleaned. Due to COVID, the minibar has nothing in it. Exterior looked a little "washed out" with a little "chalet" feel. Nespresso coffee served in the room and housekeeping has no qualms replenishing them upon request. Pool was a great draw especially for kids. They supply all sorts of interesting floats available for use. Service overall was brilliant!! Dinner at Cliff was a little pricey but everything on the menu was VERY GOOD!! Must try out the Beef Cheek !! Overall - HAPPY STAY !!
