Have been here - called a couple of times already. When it comes to checkouts the hotels don’t allow you to extend but room not available for parents even though it’s nearly an hour past checkin. Not happy with the service and staff comms. In 425 now so if Sofitel team is listening then hopefully we can get your attention somehow.

Sofitel hotel falls short of being a luxury hotel

Sofitel Review I will likely never stay at another Sofitel hotel again. While it markets itself as a luxury brand, it falls far short of that standard. Categorizing this particular hotel as luxury is misleading. Despite opening in 2015, the rooms at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa feel worn and outdated. There’s no sense of luxury—no “wow” factor. Even basic amenities are lacking. Most high-end hotels stock the in-room fridge with water and beverages—this one doesn’t. A functioning A/C is a baseline expectation at any hotel, let alone one claiming to be luxury. Our thermostat barely budged after hours, even after technicians visited and claimed they had fixed it. This is simply unacceptable. When I inquired about the hotel shuttle for an off-site dinner, the concierge dismissively said no and that we’d need a taxi. Instead of offering to arrange one, he immediately moved on to assist the next guest in booking theirs. The lack of attentiveness and service inconsistency stood out. Sofitel is supposedly Accor’s flagship luxury brand, but its execution is inconsistent across locations. Based on both my experience and other reviews, service, management, and overall quality vary too much to justify its luxury branding. I cannot recommend this hotel and, frankly, wouldn’t consider staying at another Sofitel. If you have a family and seeking to stay on Sentosa Island I highly recommend finding a hotel closer to the amusement and entertainment venues there.

Checked in on 19th March 2025 for a 3 night stay with a 4 year old. Asked for a glass of hot milk at 11 pm for the baby. Firstly the lady on the call said room service is closed. I asked that milk is for my 4 year old, and no hotel in the world denies this service. She said she will get this done, 5 calls made, in 5th call I have to be assertive and literally angry. The milk came after this. Only 100ml was delivered. The delivery guy said we normally give half of this , this 100ml is big for us. He said he is alone in this property at night . May be he is fooling me , If you are considering Sofitel Sentosa for family stay, my suggestion is never book this pathetic property. This is my first day . I will try to post more reviews in coming days

Comfy big room and bed. Nice place for short getaway. Had room service. Food portion was big (for me). Breakfast can be better but still good. Had some issues during check-in. Thank you to the receptionist, Princess, for her kind assistance.

Had a fabulous and relaxing stay, staff are very helpful and professional. Excellent value on a Luxury escape deal. Only disappointment is that there is no gym on site. A shuttle to neighbouring hotel required. A great location for a greener Singapore escape.
