from the start I entered the hotel their service was super super good the check in was fast. they were very friendly. and the housekeeping ( Randev. Vivian and jack) gave a surprise for my daughter's birthday. I recommend it for anyone who wants to have a vacation. Good breakfast. 👍

Dinner at The Cliff during sunset was enchanting. I had the tasty beef cheek. But nothing beats the Mango & Coconut tart dessert. Best dessert I ever had. Thank you Nataliya for taking care of us. We had a wonderful evening.

We were at The Cliff. Every dish was yummy - thank you chef! The staff were awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wine. They gave me and my husband a very good recommendation on the food and wine. We had a really good time at The Cliff. Chose a great place to celebrate my birthday. Thank you especially to Nataliya and the Restaurany Mansger Rey. 👍👍 Keep it up guys!

Our first time staying here with our furkid on a 3D2N staycation. Overall environment is nice and spacious, and if felt like a resort out of Singapore. Special shout-out to wonderful staff - Darren who was making sure that everything is alright at our dining table, Hong - for going the extra mile to check and ensure our furkid’s water bowl is replaced and clean up the water puddle due to spill, and helped us retrieve back our lost item. There were many others whom we didn’t get their name but all of them made us felt so welcome at the hotel! Would love to go back again and ahain!

A beautiful stay! Could not have asked for a more amazing stay. Peter in Kwee Zeen was a fabulous wait person each dinner and Emma at The Cliff was beautiful, welcoming us each day with a smile - nothing was too much trouble when we asked. The pool team - Marcus, Eidil and Sundeep were so attentive, bringing over water throughout the day and just being there whenever needed. The Concierge staff were incredible - so helpful, friendly and always smiling. Thank you so much! Would absolutely recommend staying as long as you can here as it is perfect for families.
