I had a great stay at Ibis Airport Saigon, and it was exactly what I needed after a long flight. The early check-in at 7 AM was a lifesaver, as I was exhausted from traveling. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The hotel has some fantastic features that really stood out. The Starbucks cafe on-site was super convenient, and the rooftop area is a great place to relax with lovely views. I also appreciated the well-equipped gym, which was perfect for a quick workout. Overall, this property offers excellent value for money, and the service was outstanding. I’d definitely stay here again when traveling through Saigon!

The ibis saigon airport was perfect. It was extremely easy to book the FREE airport shuttle by email. They were waiting outside customs and we were on the shuttle in minutes. Our flight was delayed to midnight and it was not a problem. As most ibis’ the rooms are small but efficient. The air on worked well. The hot water felt great after 2 flights. The breakfast was varied and great. The express was so good at the breakfast buffet that I saved money by not going to the lobby Starbucks. I wish we’d had more time to go to the pool and rooftop bar. Everyone was so friendly!

Dear Chang C., Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us and for taking the time to give us your feedback. I greatly appreciate you sharing your experience and these candid opinions would be a guideline for us to define what we still need to improve on. In taking great care of our valued customers, our main priority is to be able to offer a very well maintained and comfortable atmosphere while retaining the brand spirit of "Well-being at the best price". We had a false alarm, but our Engineer team and Housekeeping team managed to control it. Please allow me to express my sincerest apologies for the difficulties you have listed and rest assured that the experience you described is not reflecting the usual quality of service we are delivering. We are also going to apply different training for our colleagues for service improvement and share with them your feedback as a lesson during their learning process. Our guests are our number one priority at the property and if someone is dissatisfied with their experience, we work very hard to correct this immediately and in a timely fashion in order to turn their experience around. This is a really nice hotel for those on the lookout for a short stay, near the airport. Staff were courteous and professional and the buffet breakfast was more than adequate. Room service was quick to arrive. The rooms are on the smaller side, however we were in Saigon only for a few hours overnight and we were ok with it.
