I was lucky enough to spend five nights at this hotel, which is well located for visiting certain parts of Saigon. The service was perfect overall. The hotel staff are efficient, responsive and always available when you need something. The room and gym were always very clean. There is also a superb rooftop bar with a great atmosphere and spectacular views of Saigon, from where you can see the Bitexo Financial Tower, Landmark Sky View and Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral. A big thank you to Vinh, Nhut and Van, who are always cheerful, smiling and ready to provide information.

My favorite hotel in Vietnam ,incredible stay!

I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and this is honestly one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever been to. The staff are incredibly friendly and warm, the room was amazing, and the food is truly on a top level. There is also a rooftop bar which is a lot of fun to go to in the evening – great atmosphere and a perfect place to relax. Throughout my stay I felt treated like a king; everyone was so kind, welcoming and attentive. I especially want to mention NHUT – a very pleasant, smiling and helpful person, always happy to assist with anything. The service was on a very high and professional level. There is no doubt that this is my favorite hotel in Vietnam, and I would happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting.

The hotel is well maintained and excellent location. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. From the front desk to the lounge and the restaurant. Special shout out to Thien Bieh at the restaurant at breakfast. He was amazing and always a pleasure to speak with. Service and amenities at the hotel were exceptional. Did not spend much time up in the pool but spectacular view of the city from the rooftop bar and pool. Will definitely return

TOO MUCH NOISE ! AVOID THIS HOTEL !

While the hotel is OK and nice enough - the noise from the surrounding areas is INSANE . I’ve been everywhere and anywhere and this is madness . BELIEVE THE REVIEWS ON THIS MATTER! I had read the reviews and thought people were being silly. I’m writing to tell you that in fact they are 100 % accurate . Please believe me when I tell you that you can hear the noise even when wearing ear plugs . I even asked the hotel to place us in a quiet room and it’s still not enough , I dread to think what a non quiet room is ??? I don’t believe a hotel can be a 5 star when this noise exists it’s dreadful. Total waste of money and I’m not impressed at all. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SLEEP AND PEACE AND QUIET !!!!!!!!!! Avoid AVOID AVOID !!!!! IM WRITING THIS while hearing someone from somewhere with a LOUD SPEAKER from a surrounding rooftop bar , it’s awful !!!!! Even the best ear plugs do not help !!!!

What a wise choice staying in this Hotel. The staff was brilliant, service is 10 out of 10. Thank you Minh at the lobby assisted us a really quick check-in and offered rooms ready, despite it was 10AM! Very warm and kind. Defenitely comeback for next trips
