In my 2 weeks stay in Novotel Sorocaba, i had a wonderful experience. The personnel were always there to help in need and always polite and friendly( Emanuely, Alan, Jidija) I would recommend this place to anyone, as I really felt that the personnel really cares about your experience. As an improvement, I would recommend a little more care on the floor cleaning in the room.

Good rooms and all round hotel. Good location by freeway and handy for the shopping centre near by. A few good places in the streets nearby also. It would be 4 stars but check out and check in is probably the slowest in the world.

Alan at the Novotel bar was a legend, very friendly and great service. Everything to do with the Tomorrowland global journey was very well organised with friendly staff who spoke good English.
