Fiz check in as 21h e para minha surpresa quando cheguei no quarto, a cama superior não tinha sido arrumada, estava exatamente como o último hóspede tinha deixado, toda bagunçada de alguém dormir! Resumindo arrumaram o quarto daquele jeito já que não tiveram nem o trabalho de arrumar essa cama, trocar os lençóis, fazer a higiene para o próximo hóspede poder utilizar! Ma do pior de tudo foi como resolveram a situação, ou melhor não resolveram! Quando entrei em contato com a recepção, o rapaz que me atendeu falou para eu ter compreensão que não podiam me mudar de quarto porque estavam cheios, o que não era verdade, e que iam me dar um mimo na minha próxima estadia por isso! Falei que o mínimo que podiam fazer era mandar alguém para arrumar a cama para que pudesse ser usada! Depois de mais de 1 hora de espera, aparece a camareira no quarto com um lençol na mão para que eu trocasse o mesmo, mas e o resto? Eu tinha que usar fronha e tudo mais que outro hóspede tinha usado! Resumindo, uma falta de higiene e cuidados na limpeza! Achei péssimo

Allan foi fantástico no atendimento do meu filho, e minha família. Um bom humor único! Eu venho sempre ao hotel e me divirto muito com ele. O serviço eh cuidadoso e atenção as necessidades que tenho sempre são atendidas. Volto pelo conjunto hotel + serviço.

New hotel with a superb location in front of nice shopping mall with lots of restaurants and shops. Bed was comfy. In my room the heating was working, which seems not to be the case in all rooms. Breakfast at the Novotel very tasty. Fully recommended

I was having a rough day but thanks to the great attitude of Tiemi, my waitress, I got a lot better. She suggested the perfect choices for my dinner. Employees like Tieme is what sets Novotel-Sorocaba apart from the competitors.

I've stayed in lot Accord Hotels and this Ibis Budget is absolutely one of the best! Localized in one of the best city areas, brand new building beside Novotel, near Iguatemi Shopping Mall and nice supermarkets. There's something that makes this hotel unique, they have an incredible team! The housekeeping service is 10 points, room 100% clean and gorgeous. Then you have the reception team that will help you in everything, honestly they are a 5 stars team, Joyce and Juliana handle anything you need with the highest perfection and efficiency, since check-in to check-out or any questions, they will help you and give you the best options, they also speak English and Spanish. Congratulations to the hotel manager for hire such an incredible team in a fresh and young hotel.
