Hi. In general (cleanliness of the room, breakfast) everything is ok. What I DO NOT like is your rule with 50 EUR deposit. My visits are always paid for before my arrival, and this deposit sounds like a lack of trust in your clients, which greatly affects my level of loyalty. I stay in many different hotels and and there is no such practice anywhere. I once asked the receptionist what is it for, she told me that it is for the case if I take something from the minibar, ok, I can understand maybe this, but on one of my visits minibar was completely empty (I never use it, I just checked). Sounds weird. My colleagues also stay at your hotel and they also do not like this deposit condition. At one point I admit that we may choose another hotel chain. To pay this deposit I need to have a physical card or cash. On my last visit (22-23 of April 2024) I had neither, the reception asked me to provide my card details along with a three-digit code for payment. But these are my personal dates. Is it legal from your side to request this data? I am not sure! What else could I be surprised about one day in your hotel? Violation of my privacy during my stay at the hotel? And one more - when I pay by card, you receive a deposit immediately, and then I have to wait for a refund within a day after the check out, this causes additional inconvenience. The deposit still has not been rerurned (Mercure hotel took deposit money week ago! and still holding it!)

Regarding the deposit transaction, that was made during your stay it is a hotel policy as a guarantee and safety of the room, also for using some of other extras: dinner in a restaurant, visiting a SPA or parking, minibar. By freezing money in a bank account, it will be frozen until you check-out and will be returned to your card without notification within up to five business days, depending on your bank account. Regarding your situation, we would like to once again apologize for the inconvenience, the money was returned on the day of your departure, for detailed information you can always contact your bank directly. We also would like to warn you that deposit can be enrolled back without notification. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and look forward to welcoming you. Nimrod Friends - Confirmed reviews ALL

Check in agent was very unpleasant and he didn't even tell us where and when breakfast was served. Not a smile, not "how was your trip?". Didn't feel welcome. Room was OK, not modern nor renovated, but good enough. Excellent WIFI. Breakfast - was included in the price. Very messy and disorganized. Only one coffee machine although the room was full. Didn't bother to go on the second day. Also, it was weekend AND holiday, why is the breakfast served only until 10? Bartender - wasn't nice or smiling either. Felt like he was doing us a favor by serving us drinks. Other guests even asked him "why are you angry?". Overall, I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the train station, which is great. But I probably won't stay again, unless I'll have to.

The hotel is in the center with good location and access to public transportation, it’s neat and clean too. How ever the service and issue resolution to problems or to complain is not to the expected standards. Staff is not welcoming
