Dear Einārs, Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your stay, we truly appreciate constructive feedback to make every guest's stay memorable! Regarding the deposit transaction, that was made during your stay it is a hotel policy as a guarantee and safety of the room, also for using some of other extras: dinner in a restaurant, visiting a SPA or parking, minibar. By freezing money in a bank account, it will be frozen until you check-out and will be returned to your card without notification within up to five business days, depending on your bank account. Regarding your situation, we would like to once again apologize for the inconvenience, the money was returned on the day of your departure, for detailed information you can always contact your bank directly. We also would like to warn you that deposit can be enrolled back without notification. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and look forward to welcoming you.
