Lovely decor and excellent staff. Good location, a quiet area, just a short walk to the waterfront area Room is a good size and well appointed. Excellent pool deck on top (25th) floor, a fantastic view across the entire bay We watched the sunset develop over several nights - really wonderful. We also greatly enjoyed the restaurant at the pool for drinks and dinner The breakfast buffet - mixed * The selection appears great, but average quality * There are freshly booked eggs and good coffee - good * Our main issue - the food is warm/cold. Many dish heaters were not on, or if they were on had almost no heating effect. A couple small details * Room safe very hard to get to - bottom of the closet, with a door that only partially opens... * There is an excellent filtered water faucet provided but this was not explained. We figured it out by the third night.

We were given a room looking out to the sea; great view. Once the vacant lot between the hotel and the sea is constructed, the view of the sea will be blocked. Bed is comfortable. Service is good. What pulled down the score is the hotel conditions. There are stains along the edging of the shower screens and walls. The bathroom grout is clean. There are moldy spots in the tiles of the swimming pool grout at the water level.

Bilik hotel selesa cuma tiada kunci pintu tandas....dan pintu mandi....agak sukar jika ada keluarga tk selesa.

Wasted my money...not clean as your requested..wsiting for my refund!!!checkout early not even stay 20min inside the room as cant stand to stay longer....suck!!!!...im not gonna come back to visit...worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The pillows full of stain,the bedsheet there no one change at all...everywhere you can see a couple mark there!!!!! Worst hotel i've ever been..cant even stay a night..decided to check out immedietly as me n my husband cant stand to stay in that room...not worth for money..even ask for a room change but no one bother...requestex to have a clean room but what we get a suck room!!!totally ruin our holiday...dnt ever choose this hotel as there were no service recovery provided as we checked out no one or the manaher bother to assist...1st n last to come...waiting for my refund!!!
