The bed & pillows are indeed soft & comfortable. Love the amenities provided & the room is exceptionally clean. The staffs are ever friendly & supportive. Two words.. PRETTY AWESOME. Will definitely Come back the next time we are In Kota Kinabalu. 'GOOD JOB.. KEEP IT UP`😍

Well maintained property and absolutely courteous staff. Look forward to coming back again., the property is conveniently located and close to shopping areas. Friendly for kids an elderly both. I would highly recommend this hotel for all .

I stayed here for 10 days as a finalist of MWM and they took great care of us. It was a comfy and cozy stay, especially the bedding (super soft) the staff were friendly and helpful :) i recommend anyone considering as you can never go wrong with ibis

I recently stayed at Ibis Styles KotaKinabalu. The design of the room is modern and a touch of home 🏡 for me. The room is also very cozy and I feel very comfortable especially with the good pillows. The thing I loved the most about was the service! The friendly and welcoming staffs were very helpful in assisting. ✨

I stay pre and post my trip to Mount Kinabalu. What i like the most is that this hotel closer to travel to mt. K. Size and facilities are good enough for a solo traveler like me. Many local restaurant, convenient stores and atm nearby. Bed is very comfortable, they even have “GULING” which very important for asian.
