We’re glad to hear you appreciated our room amenities, shuttle service, and the assistance of our staff. Regarding your concerns, our rooms are built to Singapore’s standard sizing for this category, but we understand that space expectations can vary, and we’re sorry if it felt smaller than you anticipated. We practice sustainability, which includes using drinkable tap water and providing water dispensers on the 4th floor and in the lobby. Our cleaning policy is to service rooms on the third day, with towel replenishment and rubbish clearance on the second day. However, for guests who require additional cleaning, this can always be arranged by dialling “0” for our front desk team. We sincerely apologize for the stain you found on the kettle — this does not meet our standards, and we wish we had been informed immediately so we could have replaced it on the spot. We value your feedback and will share it with our housekeeping team to strengthen our cleanliness checks. We understand your concerns regarding the mall connected to the hotel. While the accommodation is located within MacPherson Mall, we acknowledge that the upper levels currently have limited retail activity. However, there are still several shops and amenities available on the lower level for our guests' convenience. We’re sorry to hear that the breakfast did not meet your expectations. Our culinary team strives to provide a variety of options to cater to diverse preferences. We’ll certainly take your comments into account as we continue refining our offerings, and will explore possibilities to enhance the variety, including Indian and Chinese dishes where possible. Regarding transport, while taxis are often preferred for comfort, we’re also located within walking distance to several bus stops and the MRT station, offering alternative options for exploring the city.
