I stayed here for a long transit in Singapore. The staff were friendly and great with my kids. The room was good. The pool was a highlight to burn some energy before our next flight.

Kamar dan fasilitas bagus, namun lokasi agak jauh dari pusat keramaian dan berada di mall yang hampir mati. Selain itu, kebijakan air minum setelah jam 10 malam merepotkan, tamu tidak bisa refill air minum dengan fleksibel.

While we are situated slightly away from the city center, we do offer a complimentary one-way shuttle service daily at 11:00 a.m. to Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ Mall). In addition, shuttle services to Tai Seng, Mattar, and Woodleigh MRT stations are available at minimal charges to help make getting around Singapore more convenient for our guests. Regarding the drinking water policy after 10:00 p.m., we appreciate your feedback. Please be assured that tap water in Singapore is safe and drinkable, and guests are welcome to refill their drinking water directly from the tap at any time. We regret if this was not clearly communicated and will work on improving guest awareness in this area. We also appreciate your mention of our female receptionist, and we’re pleased to know that our team made a positive impression during your stay. Good location with mall and restaurants very near. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Comfortable , bright room with huge window. Nice outdoor pool next to hotel bar/restaurant which also has outdoor seating and friendly staff. Enjoyable stay ! 😊
