Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your recent two-night stay with us. We are pleased to know that you found your room reasonably clean and especially appreciated the warm and friendly service provided by our male Restaurant colleague when you visited to redeem your welcome drink. Your kind recognition will certainly be shared with the team. As an ALL Gold member, we understand your disappointment regarding the room upgrade and welcome amenities. Complimentary upgrades are subject to room availability and hotel occupancy; however, we recognise that clearer communication regarding your membership benefits at check-in would have provided a better arrival experience. We are particularly concerned about the blocked shower drainage and the hair found in the floor drain. Guests should not have to resolve such matters themselves, and your feedback has been shared with our Housekeeping and Engineering teams for review and reinforcement of our room inspection procedures. Regarding drinking water, as part of our sustainability efforts, we do not provide single-use bottled water in our guestrooms. An empty glass jug is provided, and guests may refill it from our drinking water dispenser on Level 4. Singapore's tap water is also safe for consumption. We also acknowledge your comments regarding our distance from the MRT. Several public bus services are conveniently available around the hotel, and we provide a complimentary one-way shuttle to Tai Seng MRT daily at 11:00am. While we are situated slightly away from the city center, we do offer a complimentary one-way shuttle service daily at 11:00 a.m. to Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ Mall). In addition, shuttle services to Tai Seng, Mattar, and Woodleigh MRT stations are available at minimal charges to help make getting around Singapore more convenient for our guests. Regarding the drinking water policy after 10:00 p.m., we appreciate your feedback. Please be assured that tap water in Singapore is safe and drinkable, and guests are welcome to refill their drinking water directly from the tap at any time. We regret if this was not clearly communicated and will work on improving guest awareness in this area. Kamar dan fasilitas bagus, namun lokasi agak jauh dari pusat keramaian dan berada di mall yang hampir mati. Selain itu, kebijakan air minum setelah jam 10 malam merepotkan, tamu tidak bisa refill air minum dengan fleksibel.
