Nil luxury, but effective budget hotel

It is what it is. Rooms are bare bones but functional, and importantly clean. Bed and linen are serviceable at best, the curtain barely keeps the light out and it’s not quiet either from the street or other guests. But it’s a budget place and it does the job.

Good place to sleep at budget cost

It is probably not the best hotel in Singapore, but for a "budget" range it is certainly a hotel to recommend. The welcome was very pleasant and the person at the counter gave us a lot of information. They kindly lent us 2 umbrellas for 3 days without us having to pay anything. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the metro stop that serves the city center. 50 meters from the hotel, you will find dozens of restaurants or small local shops. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked, although it is quite old and difficult to adjust. The towels are soft and the shower products are of fairly good quality. So, for a reduced budget in Singapore, this seems to me a very, very good compromise for sleeping.

The worst. Don’t do this to yourself.

This is the worst Accor hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The whole place is mouldy and falling apart. The carpet looks like it belongs in a horror film. The aircon is either on and extremely cold (18c) or off and the room is a sauna. The windows are bolted shut and cannot be open. The shower smells like sulphuric gas. The walls are so thin you can hear neighbours talking or snoring. The beds are extremely short (I am only 175cm and my feet were off the edge). The walls have dents and cracks and marks in them. This hotel should be closed down.

Dear Guest, Our hotel has received many positive ratings from guests, and many of them are compliments for our clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location and highly affordable room rates. Your feedback is certainly not aligned with our hotel's standards. We conduct a stringent routine of housekeeping management and ensures to eradicate any mould when sighted. Similar to many of the hotel properties in Singapore, the room windows cannot be opened for the safety and security of the hotel guests, which has always been our top priority. We also did not receive any similar feedback on the aircon from other guests staying in the same room before or after you. Our mattresses are 1.9m in length and if you are only 1.75m and your feet are off the bed, then you must be sleeping half way down the bed. Good hotel and not far from Airport

Location is 10 to 15mins walk from Kallang Station. Good is nice road is with covered walkway. It is located at Geylang area, so those feel not comfortable, should avoid it. But, no a problem to me as the area is with eating places and convenient shops. It is only half hour from Airport. Room is good size and all things work well in the room. Wifi is fast and no breakfast included. Room is with window.

Short stay but good experience

This is our second time staying in IBis Singapore but first time in this location. Check in is very smooth and very fast. The staff also are kind. The location is near tở grocery stores, hawker and easy to navigate. Rooms are also good and clean. ☺️
