Not worth for the money to stay in this hotel.

This hotel is not equivalent to 3 Star hotels. They will do the room cleaning two days once. No complimentary water bottles provided. Rooms are very congested. They is no proper seating arrangements at lobby. There is no rest rooms at lobby.

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our rooms are standard Singapore sizing. As part of our sustainability efforts, we do not provide bottled water; however, each room has an empty jug that can be refilled at our restaurant water dispenser, and our tap water is safe to drink. Our housekeeping team changes towels daily and clears rubbish daily. Full room cleaning is done every alternate day after 4 PM. For any requests, guests can always dial 0 or approach our Front Office at the reception. We do have seating in the lobby, and during busy times, guests are welcome to use the seating area in our Level 4 restaurant. Restrooms are also available on Level 4 for guest convenience. What a great place to stay. It's comfortable. Bedsheet and Bedsheet are awesome. Breakfast is excellent spread across all types of region and there is a swimming pool. We as family enjoyed it thoroughly. Also, not to miss the ever friendly staff. Starting with Miss Mala at reception to the staff at Cafe. Mattar MRT is 900m away and paya lebar drop is complimentary.
