Your staffs are really clever and served with heart(Ko Thaw Zin, front desk ladies, Bell boys, staffs from all day dining especially the lady who serve food and housekeeping). Your Novotel cannot be perfect without their passion on their profession. Please give them good bonus. I want the same room(1303) in my future stays because I really love it. If vacation again to southern Shan state, there is no doubt that my choose will be 'Novotel Inle Lake Myat Min'.

Lexury bussiness trip

Good meeting hall for 100 with quick wifi and smooth sound system. Swiming pool side bar has varity of choice with free snack for gin. Breakfast give traditional shan noodle and western foods. Early morning 5am pack for our golf tour was satisfactory. Rooms are seperated well and very private.
