We are currently staying at hotel for one more night. Starting with positive, the front desk staff are amazing and super helpful they have assisted in helping us navigate restaurants metro and walks. The beds and pillows are super comfy! Only tiny negative is the bar staff and service is exceptionally slow, even if you are practically they only guest in bar it may take 10 minutes before anyone comes over to take order, this is while they are standing behind bar, strange? Also had sent in request prior to arriving regarding the purpose of trip and it’s special nature and although not a deal breaker this wasn’t acknowledged. Most hotels when I have sent prior information they acknowledge even with a short note left in room. Again not to be overly critical

This hotel is fantastic. A little out of the way but a few minutes walk from the Bonne Nouvelle Tube station and loads of nearby dining options. The staff is fantastic and helpful, with warm greetings all day. Ate in the restaurant and the food was good and served quickly. The daily breakfast was phenomenal and massive. The rooms are smal but well appointed and comfortable. And enjoyed every minute of my stay.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel over the Christmas holiday. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. The breakfast was delicious! It was seriously the best hotel breakfast we'd ever had. The rooms were a decent size for Paris and the hotel itself was beautiful decorated. The location is in a more locals area so it will be necessary to take the Metro into the more touristed areas of the city. Fortunately there is a Metro stop within walking distance of the hotel. What's nice about the location is that you can easily walk to restaurants and bars that are reasonable priced and delicious!

Great location and excellent customer service. Family friendly and welcoming. Comfortable beds. Nice luxury bathroom products. High water pressure. After noon tea was nice ( some of the service at the bar could be better. ) great stay and we will definitely come back.

Hotel has excellent facilities. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast has items available for all types of guests. Staff has helping attitude. Location of hotel is also convenient being close to food and shopping outlets.
