Dear Mr Pratt, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are happy to have appreciated the tranquility of the internal rooms and the cleanliness of the hotel. However, we are sincerely sorry to learn that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We fully understand that the incident regarding entering your room without notice was uncomfortable, and we apologize for this inconvenience. We will convene our team to understand why this situation repeats itself several times, and reiterate the importance of respecting the privacy of our guests, as well as the need to knock before entering a room. We also apologize for the inconvenience with the elevator and security issues at the entrance. This is in no way a service that we wish to offer to our customers. We will take the necessary measures to ensure that this type of situation does not happen again and that access to the hotel is more fluid and secure.
