나는 밤에 샤워중이었고 물이 갑자기 나오지않아 당황스러웠다 시간을 기다렸지만 계속해서 정말작은물주기 정도로만 나와 겨우 씻을수있었다 그리고 플래티넘 멤버는 조식이 무료로 알고있고 그렇게 안내를받았는데 체크아웃시 조식비가 청구되었다 호텔직원은 나에게 주말에만 무료이고 주중은 유료라고 설명했다 전세계 아코르를 경험했지만 이런경우는 처음이었다 나는 파리에서 호텔 두곳을경험했는데 이곳은 다시는 가지않을것이다

We are truly sorry for the inconveniences you encountered, especially the interruption of water during your shower and the misunderstanding regarding the breakfast benefit. We completely understand your disappointment and would like to sincerely apologize. Please note that our technical team is working on the plumbering problem in order to find a longlast solution. Regarding the breakfast, it is indeed complimentary for guests that are staying and take the breakfast on week-end, exclusively. Your comments are very valuable to us as they help highlight areas where we need to improve, both technically and in terms of communication.
