Two of us stayed here for a total of three nights and were both very impressed with the hotel. Great value for money, clean, spacious and simple. Staff were helpful but not overbearing. Location stuck out for us the most; such a great area, close to lots of great bars and restaurants with outside heated seating. Also very close to the metro and only a short walk or metro journey to nearly all of the main landmarks. Thank you!

Hotel is very good located, clean but small. Room on the 8th floor was very tiny, but with the nice view of the Paris rooftops :) Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was rally tasty and suprise rich, but every day same products.

Room is very basic with no safe box and bottled water at the very least. I work in the service industry and I can feel the difference with the treatment from Asians to Westerners. Need to work on that specifically for your breakfast staff

This was a well located neat hotel with clean modern facilities and helpful staff. Everything worked fine and the rooms, though not large, were well designed and functional. Great tv and WiFi. Perfect location near opera garnier and Lafayette shopping area. We would stay again.

We are sorry that you had an issue with your reservation, but we explained for safety and legal reasons that you could not sleep in two double rooms (usually two people per room) as you were 6 people. Which prompted my colleague to book another double room for you. We repeat once again that it is for safety reasons and administered by French laws. 지난 7/22일 1박은 잘 보냈지만 깔끔하지 못한 pre-authorization 때문에 아직도 신경 쓰입니다. John한테는 메일로 요청했지만 pre-authorization 이 2번이나 잡힌건지 1박 숙박에 3차례에 걸쳐 카드 승인이 되어 있네요.. 빨리 명확한 사유 확인 및 정리 회신 바랍니다. pre-authorization 비용이 언제 return되는지 그리고 왜 2번이나 잡혀 있는지 이해가 되지 않습니다..... 참고로 메일로 그리고 체크인할때도 문의한 건인데 답답합니다.

Despite the fact that the elevator did not work I gave an overall rating excellent, because of the way the stuff treated the guests. The were very nice and very helpful. We were staying is this hotel for several years and hope to come again

엘리베이터를 리모데링한다고 작동을 하지않았는데 예약할 때 전혀 안내가 없어 6층까지 캐리어를 직접 로비로 내리느라 엄청 힘들었습니다. 예약도 투숙일 일주일전쯤 했기때문에 엘리베이터가 작동이 되지않는다면 예약을 하지 않았기에 더 기분이 좋지않았습니다. 자그만 냉장고도 없어 여름인데 시원한 음료도 먹을 수 없었습니다.

Good room, good bed, good bathroom and the breakfast with several varieties. Location was good for us. 20 minutes walk to the grand department stores and train station Gare du Nord. The Montmartre hill is guite near. Unfortunately there was noise from the next room.

Stayed here for the Paris Marathon, the staff were really accommodating and looked after me. They gave me a nice quiet room and the night before the marathon, left me a breakfast cereal bar, a bottle of water and a packaged moist towel for after the run. A superb little touch I wasn't expecting!

Perfect if you can go up and down the stairs without an elevator

It's our second time in this hotel. Everything there is fine for a three stars hotel (location, food, cleanliness, service etc) except the persistent elevator problem. Each time a couple of days into our stay an elevators would stop working and it would take days to fix it. So if unlike us you have a difficulty walking up and down to the third or fourth floor a couple of times a day, it might be a serious problem.

A no frills hotel that caters to basic needs. Comfortable and clean. We like the self-service luggage storage although more storage should be catered for bigger luggage. Conveniently located to major shopping malls, eateries and small shops.

I last stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and since then the price has nearly doubled. This seems to be in line with prices of Paris hotels in general. The staff when I arrived and left were very pleasant and efficient. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel. My room was just as I expected and had requested -- on a higher floor, sunny and overlooking the courtyard (I even had a small balcony) -- though initially the system had assigned me a room on the first floor. The room was also very clean. However, the public areas look grimy and tired and the lift and corridor smell like an old pair of training shoes that need to be thrown out. On my first night in the hotel, I woke up several times with that smell under my nose. Not pleasant at all - and not what one should experience in a hotel that is part of a major chain and costs EUR 200 a night. I knew there would be little point complaining about this in the hotel, but Accord should spend some money on the place - I'm sure it is a goldmine!

As a accor member I am quite familiar with Ibis. Ibis in Paris was very different and this one was the best out of the ones I stayed at. Lovely building, fastidiously maintained quiet strong aircon and lovely beds. Our room was at the top back and was calm and not too small. We had breakfast included and it was very nice. This was more expensive than others, but so worth it as the location is great.

After a surprising misunderstanding that was quickly resolved, we enjoyed much our family holidays in Paris. The place is close to two metro stations, quite and safe neighborhood, and breakfast is standard.

가격대비 호텔 위치만 좋음. 객실안에 슬리퍼,냉장고,금고,칫솔,치약 등 아무것도 없음. 트윈 객실인데 침대가 너무 좁음. 더블 침대를 반으로 잘라놓은듯한 크기. 매일 똑같은 아침메뉴. 빵,햄,치즈,시리얼이 전부임
