Good, but very cold room!

This could have been a really good stay but it was spoilt by a very cold room. Arrived late at night and my room was ICY. Whacked up the temperature to 24 degrees and full fan speed but nothing happened and still no warmth. The Aircon continued to blow out cold air. Spoke to reception the next morning who said they would fix it. I returned after a day of sightseeing and the room was still cold (19°). Rang reception again who said they would change the setting externally. It still didn’t improve and continued to display ‘cool mode’ rather than ‘heat mode’ so I slept in a jumper and two duvets… The room was otherwise nice, a decent size and had a mini dwarf door as a nod to the Wrocław dwarfs. Shoe for scale. During the week the hotel was full of male conference guests. At weekends, there was a completely different atmosphere with predominantly German tourists. Excellent breakfast buffet with a lot of cold choices including many salads. There were also waffles and pancakes. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the old town.

This Hotel have the best location right in the center of Wroclaw. We use this hotel the last 3 times for our stay in beautiful Wroclaw. You can take bus from the airport and the bus stop 30 meters from the hotel. The hotel is very nice and located in the center of Wroclaw.. Close to rail station and the big shopping center Wroclawia. Close to the old town wth 2 stops with tram. Rooms are very nice and large rooms and nice shower. Breakfast is very good as well.

Nicely located modern hotel, close to the train station and 15 minutes walk to the main square. Spacious, light, airy rooms, comfortable bed. Shower ensuite was excellent. Breakfast buffet was impressive with hot and continental offerings. Certainly plenty of choice. Breakfast room on the first floor. Bar and restaurant on ground floor. Added bonus was the supermarket next door which is open late into the evening.

原先计划入住该酒店，但是后来取消了，结果被扣了no show第一晚费用。后来去前台argue了半天，说是有一间房没有退订成功，导致扣费370PLN，辛好找出来退订成功的邮件，才给予退还扣款。预订系统太有问题了🤨

Convenient and stylish mid-tier option

As a newly-constructed, up-to-date, efficient, if a bit impersonal, mid-tier property, this very on-brand Ibis Styles is perfectly adequate for most travellers. Being across from the main train station, it’s very convenient if you have to catch a train with baggage. In exchange, you’ll need at least ten minutes to walk to the centre of the old town, where most eateries are located. As expected, this Accor establishment delivers on most of the basics: cleanliness, adequate room temperature control, noise levels under control, reasonably comfortable bed, good toilet pressure and water temperature controls in the bathroom, sufficient electrical outlets to charge your piles of modern junk, workable wi-fi, decent lighting options in the room, fairly competent housekeeping, and a helpful and friendly front desk staff. The breakfast spread is quite generous in terms of variety, and we would probably enjoying coming back here.
