At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. our showers have the option of regulating the water flow. We assure you that the water pressure has not been changed. New aerators have been installed, thanks to which our guests can regulate the water flow themselves and thus contribute to sustainable development and environmental protection by saving the natural resources of our planet.
