We had a family trip to Wroclaw to Xmas Market. The hotel was reasonably near Centre impressive Reception area..helpful staff. We were charged twice for our expensive breakfast which we sorted..the bar staff friendly. The lifts were a problem..only one lift available which was really slow so that needs to be addressed by Management. Beds comfortable double rooms quite small but comfortable enough...Nice view of church from 6th floor.

We are also pleased that you enjoyed the lovely view from the 6th floor. We would like to apologize once again for the inconvenience related to the double charge for breakfast, and we are glad that this matter was resolved during your stay. Regarding the lifts, we would like to kindly explain that one of them had to be temporarily taken out of service due to the replacement of parts by an authorized external company. The safety of our Guests is our highest priority, and for this reason, the lift could not be operated until all required works were fully completed and approved. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, as all Guest feedback is extremely valuable to us. This was 1st time here. Top location in the heart of Wroclaw, very attentive hotel staff. I got nig room, well designed but not 100% clean, I hope it was just simply, small mistake.

Very nice hotel indeed! The location is excellent—just a relatively short walk from the center. The staff were cooperative and clearly devoted to guest satisfaction, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Great breakfast and a fantastic overall vibe and atmosphere.

Just back from a 3 night stay in Wrocław. Great location - Very helpful reception. We had view of the city & although I have noticed some reviews on here have complained about noise, we certainly didn’t notice excessive noise. The hotel is right in the centre of town with trams passing regularly, but this is not an issue. The hotel is modern & well maintained. Wasn’t a fan of the breakfast, but I prefer English style breakfast. Overall I really great stay & experience
