Het hotel ligt direct naast een treinstation en vlakbij een busstation. Handig is dat het hotel hier goede informatie over verstrekt. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een leuk terras. De airco werkt prima en geruisloos. Het is echter wel wat gedateerd; zo kan de badkamer zeker een renovatie gebruiken. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt kost €20, wat ik aan de hoge kant vond in verhouding tot wat er werd geboden. Je krijgt éénmaal vier Nespresso-cups; voor extra cups betaal je €0,90 per stuk. Ik ben gewend dat hotels deze doorgaans gratis aanbieden. In de omgeving van het hotel zijn tal van goede restaurants te vinden, veelal bezocht door locals. Ik heb er uitstekend gegeten tegen prijzen die aanzienlijk lager liggen dan die in het centrum.

Wij hebben vaker adagio , maar de ervaring met deze in Rome was erg slecht. Niet werkende airco aangegeven dat het niet werkte maar dat kon niet volgens de man bij de receptie en lag aan ons . Volgende dag in stank gelegen riool lucht en kamer 28 gr weer de airco niet ged volgende dag grote lekkage in de badkamer uit het plafond bleek de condensator kapot en verstopt met allemaal vuil en stinken. Geen excuus of niets beschamend. Bij aankomst erg chagrijnige beheerder achter de receptie die ons wel te verstaan gaf dat we te vroeg waren hij nog 4 gezinnen moest inchecken. En dat we beter konden weggaan en later terug moesten komen. Ik heb dit werkelijk zo nog niet meegemaakt. Normaal nooit problemen bij adagio maar deze is niet aan te raden , sorry Met vr gr Harry M.
