Overall a very good value hotel. The rooms, bathroom (modern & renovated)) and breakfast were much better than anticipated, when you look the hotel from outside. The only negative aspect is the location, a bit further away from the center. You need about €15 to go to the Central station and the main shopping/dining area.

We just spent 3 nights here and I really couldn't find fault. Staff were all friendly, and took the initiative – a problem with the fan in the bathroom was apparently reported by housekeeping after our arrival and was fixed for us. The hotel is small, which means it wasn't noisy or crowded, and the room was decent. Not the biggest Mercure room I've had, but it was serviceable for a weekend break. Although we were facing the street, there was little traffic noise. There is a tram stop a 5-min walk from the hotel taking you directly to the city centre, and bus 721 from the airport stops all but outside. There are also two kiosks either side of the hotel, and an EDEKA convenience store nearby. I liked Düsseldorf and I liked this hotel. I'll stay here again when I return.

This is our favourite hotel in Düsseldorf. Great location, secure parking, quiet rooms despite being on a busy main road and numerous breakfast options in walking distance. The rooms are tastefully decorated with local motifs. Comfortable bed and efficient shower.

Clean and spacious rooms. Modern reception area. Fairly central location. Good shower. Beds were comfy and lots of wardrobe space. Great little cafe that serves pastries next door. And stocked bar in the reception area. We enjoyed our weekend break here.

This is not a large Mercure Hotel only having around 70 rooms. It is in a nice location with a number of restaurants and bars in the vicinity and en route to the busier areas of the centre of Dusseldorf. It is about a 20 minute walk to the AltstadtI found that my stay exceeded my expectations - particularly with regard to the welcoming, friendly and customer focus of all the staff I encountered at the hotel.Check in by Lea was excellent - I instantly felt welcome and in the hands of someone who was very capable and friendly. I was upgraded to a Privilege Room, which was a nice nice room, and although at the front of the hotel, was quiet.The breakfast was very good - the food was well prepared and presented with a range of options. Staff at breakfast were very good.The evening staff including Kaur and and English Chap, who's name I have forgotten, were very helpful, friendly and attentive. All in all this was an excellent stay - one where I felt entirely comfortable and welcome - both in using the facilities and interacting with the staff.
