Hotel’s fine for a couple of nights. Rooms are in dire need of a renovation, very outdated, stained carpet, heating/ventilation system making clicking sounds every now and then which are quite annoying at night. Breakfast was quite good, professional staff, and it is handy that there is a taxi station right in front of the entrance.

Thanks for the service!! Had 3 night stay at the hotel and the service from first step inn to the end was perfect Great Bar, Great rooms... The staff get 5 star for service, special thanks to Muhammad

Bad hotel After sleeping overnight at the Novotel Düsseldorf, in the morning I noticed that the bedding was stained !!! I asked at the reception to change I was told it would be taken care of, in the evening I came back not only did not change, put on the stained sheet other bedding. I was offered to change rooms, since I did not want to stay away from my family, I refused, as compensation I was offered a drink. Real insolence I asked to complain and was told that the management does not work on Saturday. During the three days of my stay I did not receive any reference from the management

Stayed for just one night, passing through on a long trip. Room was very basic and bed quality was below normal Novotel level. What was worse was that the room stank of tobacco smoke. Hotel claims to be non-smoking - this room did not reflect that. Parking is expensive at €20/night. Location is just off the autobahn and should work well for a stop-over.

Понравилось пребывание в отеле. В номере все чисто, аккуратно. Так как останавливались в отеле на праздники, платным паркингом не пользовались, были места для парковки на улице или ставили на места для работников здания напротив. Удобное расположение отеля
