I stayed for a night after a late arrival. The reception area and swimming pool are very nice. The lady upon check in was amazing. Professional and polite. Breakfast cost 16€ and was ok. They offer a shuttle bus for 6 euro one way ,which needs to be booked in advance from hotel to airport. To get to the hotel the shuttel stops in Terminal 3 ,arrivi porta 4. It is a very good thing that hotel offers. Regarding the room interior:it was just shabby and bed linen full of marks. My room was kept in very bad condition for the price was sold .

Booked 2 superior rooms at Hotel Mercure, Rome Leonardo da vinci near airport, Rome. Hotel looked ok from outside, but inside story is different. Stay from 29-8-24 to 30-8-24 – 2 superior rooms for 4 guests. First, even after showing our confirmed booking, it took more than 45 minutes for receptionist to check and kept saying he doesn’t have booking. The best part is mail was from the hotel itself and I am showing with confirmation number, after huge back and forth calls, he says oh, my system had error. Then again, to allocate room was another exercise and he would just not give rooms unless we paid for departure by bus to airport in advance and refused to entertain. Rooms were as if in some kind of far-off place, left, right, up and down, shabby and dark alley, finally in spite of asking for twin bed, he gave one room single bedded. The Aircon was not working, no fan, room was extremely hot and we had to call someone to repair, the switch for air con control was broken. In another room, neither the AC, nor intercom was working. Then NO WIFI, they say we will reboot, nothing happened. No TV input, no response. Drinking water is scarce. We have to go down to bar to fill water, he refused rudely saying we don’t refill we only sell. Wow for inhouse guests, is this the way to make money. Water glasses are of small paper cups. No milk sachets in supply. Plug points were not working. So did everything to look for options, went down to check, they say we are only 2 people, No engineering dept, we can’t help. This is NOT HOTEL; it is for back packers or a kind of bad transit hotel. Don’t waste your time and money, the staff is rude, helpless, no empathy. Feeling let down, will never come back to this hotel and also not go to any Accor group hotels in future. My stay spoilt. HELPLESS.

I honestly found this place to be a lot better than our other stays in Italy. The staff were kind and helpful, the room was clean upon arrival and the little touches like the shower kits and slippers were nice. The pool was also welcome after a long travel day. There is a shuttle to the airport for 12 euro which is a lot better than the taxis that will do everything to try to rip you off.

WE stayed one night at the hotel in August 2024. I am gold Accor member. At arrival I indicated a request for a late check out (already granted by written confirmation) but it did not appear anywhere..... The room was a bit old style (newly refurbished bathroom). No wi fi connection in the room, very unstable connection even in common areas. Outside restaurant and bar was not so good : nobody there to take orders. 5 minutes by car from Fiumicino airport. Shuttle bus to/from airport but please note the timetable the bus has specific timetable and there may be times when there is just one bus per hour. ask for the timetable

1st room was up and down a few stairs along a long hallway with no air. After I got to the room which was beautiful, I called because my already hurt shoulder was in bad pain, and from experience, I knew it would be worse tomorrow so I asked if someone could help with my bags when I checked out. She said she was going to switch my room and nothing else. I was confused and asked if someone was coming up. yes and then hung up. The new room was gross and dirty. Minimal air, mold on shower head and in the fridge. The bathroom door wouldn’t close unless you slammed it, with minimal lights and only 1 plug. No deadbolt. The toilet flush was gross. Not a good experience at all. I had messaged to get information about the bus and breakfast but I only received the bus information. I could get the information in the morning but I would have loved to plan it. There was someone in line when I was checking out. I did interrupt and the lady helped me because I was worried the shuttle would leave at the exact time and not wait. She was alone and very kind until she spoke Italian to someone and I had Google Translate on and understand some Italian. So disappointing how someone who was working so hard and I wanted to compliment went along with the guy in front of me talking about “stupido Americano”. Do not stay here unless you are willing to gamble with a beautiful room or the room I paid way more than I should have for. The photos on their site are not true. Here is what I got. I have photos of the mold ready to post. I feel I was punished for asking for help and being injured.
