żałuję że zatrzymałam sie w tym hotelu, wrażenie beznadziejne, najgorszy hotel 4* w jakim byłam !

1. Shuttle bus pomimo swojego rozkładu jazdy - bardzo rzadkiego ! - nie przyjechał po nas w umówione miejsce na lotnisko, pomimo tego, że czekaliśmy 45 minut - czas dojazdu FCO - hotel - 5 minut - a była to godz. 21.00 2. w pokoju oba telefony nie działały 3. telewizja cięła się - nie można było obejrzeć nawet włoskich programów - nie mówiąc już o BBC czy CNN 4.Hotel reklamuje sie jako AIRPORT - shuttle bus jezdzi na FCO od godz. 5.50 - nasz samolot jak i wiele innych odlatywał o 6.15 - musieliśmy zamówic taxi - 25 euro plus dojazd z FCO do hotelu w dniu poprzednim - kolejne 25 euro
