Wygodny pokój, wyciszony tak dobrze, że nie mam pojęcia kto obok nas mieszkał. Miejsce wypoczynku w gorące dni w Madrycie, do tego dobrze skomunikowane ze ścisłym centrum miasta i z lotniskiem.

The service people and the management of this hotel couldn’t care less about customer service or customer convenience. We are staying through Gate1 and the hotel people are watching us like they would a thief. They wouldn’t even let us sit together around a table and we are 35 people with Gate1. When we asked to speak to management we were shocked to know even management doesn’t care about customers or customer concerns. Definitely not recommended

Thank you to the team, you made my stay unforgettable ! From the check in to check out, the complete team was focused on making the stay as smooth as possible. The hotel is large, well located (nearby the park, connected to public transport), with a nice pool. The service is top I had a large room, with a private note and some gifts. Mini bar was complimentary. My kids loved staying there

Perfect hotel in the center of Madrid

The pillows are soft and sleepy.Hotel was to metrostations O’Donnell and Ibiza.We can go walking to Cibeles and Neptuno.The rooms are small.The staff is kind and joyful.The hotel has restaurant and big TV wall for football matches.The hotel has a parking and to the hotel is many bus stations.

We wanted a silene room when we did our reservation.. But they put us under a gymnasium that open 24 hours.. And its impossible to sleep with the sound of the dropped weights.. Its a 4 star hotel but the room deserves no star. And its a family room
