Nice hotel, in business area a little away from tourist areas. Big but efficient. Room very dark and quiet so slept well. They have a system where you have to insert your key into a slot in the room for the electricity to work. I took the key and left and within 5 minutes the lights were out and my wife was locked in the bathroom in darkness!

Located in the heart of Madrid, 5 minutes walking distance to the emblematic Retiro Park, near to metro station O’Donnell or Goya and El Corte Ingles, 15 minutes walking distance to Puerta de Alcala and Serrano street, 20 minutes walking distance to Plaza de Cibeles and Museo del Prado. Bus 2 or 28 will take you to Gran Via. Nice courtyard and a very stylish lobby, a bar and restaurant open until late and a big TV wall for football matches. My room was very comfortable and silence, very clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast was a lovely variety and good hours offered. I recommend!

Perfect for attending the WiZnik center, only a 5 minute walk down the street. Nice spacious clean well appointed room. Bar/restaurant stays open late , oxtail tostones with guacamole were an excellent.late night snack. Very easy to get to and from the airport. Overall great hotel would highly recommend.

Not the first time I stay in Novotel Madrid Center, and it won't be the last. Modern Hotel, well maintained, with a nice breakfast and smiling and helping staff. Well located, close to Goya and Serrano, with plenty of shopping and dinign oprions around. Very conveniet for the bus from the Airport as the bus stop is very close. Metro at walking distance.

Very nice hotel, it's entrance and lobby are very stylish. I liked the outside courtyard. My room was comfortable with two made up single beds and very nice set up with everything else. Breakfast was a lovely variety and good hours offered. The reason for the average stay rating was for the reason that it seemed they did want us to stay but not use the services. Laundry service is offered but so expensive that to do my laundry elsewhere was the equivalent of just getting my socks washed. To WiFi would cut out too and stop working for a few minutes then come back to life in cycles. I also had to ask about everything. They had a QR code but it didn't tell you when breakfast hours were or where things/services were. Staff were very helpful, kind and professional but I felt like I was annoying them unnecessarily with things that could have been in the QR code as while they helped, they were very busy.
