I loved my stay. While friends were paying 5x the rate to be a block away this offered a reasonable price in clean, spacious rooms. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They are very wine friendly- having wine themed rooms, a wine tasting room that myself and friends (from the fancy hotel that wouldn't provide cups and wouldn't allow bottles anywhere on their roof) a place to do some tasting. There is wine on tap in the lobby - a bit pricey, but available 24h. Only downside was the view. See picture. Otherwise a fridge was there, desk for work, and a big washroom with shower. No amenites like a pool or gym unfortunately.

Stayed at the excellent hotel for 3 nights from Saturday. Hotel is very clean, comfortable and staff are more than helpful. The location could not be better for exploring, everything is in walking distance to amazing bars, restaurants and shopping. The room was very clean, functional with good air conditioning, a modern fridge and great black out curtains. For a City Centre hotel I slept very well and was not once woken up by any outside noise or guests. Bravo to all the team at this hotel for making our stay in Madid even more special. Would definitely stay here again and even checked out prices for Christmas 2025 for a return visit :-)

I had a night in Madrid and didn't plan on spending a lot of time in the hotel, so something basic and simple is all I needed - This hotel provided exactly what I wanted. 22 euros in an Uber from the airport - welcomed by pleasant staff and was in the room shortly after. Reception area very clean and colourful. I had been emailed ahead of time to state that my room looked over an internal section of the hotel (staircase). I was offered an upgrade for 15 euros, but didn't take it given the limited time I planned to stay in the accommodation. Room very was ideal, great shower and tea and coffee making facilities. Also small wardrobe and safe. Hotel provided lovely crisp towels (plenty) and dressing gown/robe. Location was fantastic, short walk to nearby Plaza's and plenty of restaurants, bars and shops very close indeed. There is a little convenience shop in reception, but with all the amenities and local shops, I didn't have the need to use it. Hotel is dog friendly but I think you have to arrange ahead of time. Recommended for a quick stay (somewhere to shower and rest).

An inexpensive modern hotel in the heart of Madrid. The rooms are plain but comfortable. I slept very well, with the bed comfortable, and window blinds that help to keep out street noise and summer morning sunlight. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their English is generally much better than my limited Spanish. Go outside, and you are in the streets of central Madrid, with easy access to some sights, and lots of options for drinks and tapas. I've already been here twice, and would be happy to stay again.

This hotel, and especially Jorge, helped me in a difficult situation when my train to Madrid was cancelled and I was unable to travel to the city. Jorge was very understanding of the situation and as a result I was not charged for the stay I had booked. I will definitely stay here the next time I have an opportunity to travel to Madrid.
