Urgently in need of renovation

Incredibly convenient location - arrive on the Eurostar drop your bags and be off into Paris. Same on the return. The bedrooms however are in urgent need of renovation. Feels more like a hostel than a hotel. Whilst generally clean the carpets are so old and filthy there is a stale smell throughout. Shame as the building is beautiful and rooms are large. Incredibly over-priced for its condition - you can find better small independent hotels for the same price.

Really pleasant and helpful Reception staff and located very close to GDN. Other than that there is absolutely nothing to be said for this place. More of a 1980’s hostel than a modern hotel. Small, smelly, noisy dump. Cleanish but nothing more. Didn’t get a wink of sleep due to the constant traffic and people shouting, arguing and singing until almost 5am. Seriously, don’t put yourself through the discomfort of staying here. Find somewhere one station away on the RER B and avoid having to stand the whole way from GDN to the airport as the train is crowded at all times.

A nice budget hotel near the station. A speedy check in. The room is a good size with a comfortable bed and good quality bedding. Free wifi and tv. Adequate storage for a short stay. Very clean. Breakfast buffet style. Adequate for a start of the day.

Wanting a Gare du Nord location, we quickly booked a room right behind the station. Upon a late arrival, my sister and I were greeted by Omar, who offered us a welcome drink and a nice room that was on the backside of the building on the 6th floor. It was quiet and the airco was much welcomed during our warm city visit. Great service offered by the staff and a welcoming stay. 🙏

Perfect location for those travelling by train. Basic but nicely decorated hotel with small rooms, & every room on each floor is a different size & shape. Reception staff were very welcoming & easy to talk with. Our room 305 was small with a tiny Juliet balcony. Most importantly the room & bathroom was clean. Pricing was high for the quality. Can be a little noisy especially in the early morning.
