The stay was good. The staff here is excellent. The check and check out was smooth. Especially Poorvi and Anjali from reception are very helpful and supportive... thabk you grand mercure for the amazing hospitality....

I had a beautiful experience in the hotel. The hotel is well maintained. I saw many paintings in the hotel, they are very beautiful. The reception staff of the hotel is very helpful. I did not have to wait much during check in and check out, especially Anjali Purvi took great care of me. The swimming pool in the hotel is very clean and well maintained. The gym is small but the workout material is very good and well maintained. The gym trainer Mr. Nilesh does a very good workout along with amazing full body stretching. If you're staying at the hotel, consider using the gym and experiencing special stretching. A steam room is also available and well-maintained. I had a great experience at the hotel. Thank you. I'll definitely stay at this hotel next time.

Best Luxurious and Satisfactory 5 Star Experience in Vadodara

A superb place to stay in Vadodara. A lovely 5 star property with all amenities. Located right at the Center of the City. Entire staff was very cooperative. Anjali from front desk was always smiling and welcoming. She also arranged an early check in. Swimming was clean and well maintained. Gym instructor Nilesh takes really good care of the Gym. Food was delicious and buffet breakfast had a great variety. The Restaurant Azure Team was awesome. Special mention for Raja ram, chef Mintu, Gyandev and Sarfaraz. As a women solo traveler I felt totally safe. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience in every aspect. The hotel is nice, clean and conveniently located. Rooms are spacious snd spotless. A special thanks to the reception staff who helped us navigate our stay.
