Dear Ling L., Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We are truly sorry for the delay you experienced during check-in. While we didn’t anticipate a large arrival at that time, we understand how frustrating it must have been to wait. Although there were two staff members at the reception, one of the systems was unfortunately not working properly. Rest assured, the second team member was there to assist and ensure we could handle the situation as smoothly as possible.
