Dear Tongtong, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry that the check-in experience was not as smooth as you expected. We would like to clarify that, in this particular case, the two reservations were made under different names and involved a change in room category, from a Standard Room to a Room with Terrace. For this reason, and due to the housekeeping and room allocation planning, it was necessary to complete the check-out of the first reservation before we could proceed with the check-in of the second room. Our standard check-out time is at 12:00 noon, while check-in for the new room is from 2:00 p.m. This allows our housekeeping team the necessary time to prepare and inspect the room before it is assigned to the next guest. We understand, however, that this may have been inconvenient, particularly as you wished to leave your luggage with us before going out. We sincerely apologize if this was not explained clearly enough by our reception team. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the way we communicate and manage these situations in the future.
