i stay here for more than one week. the service is good, room environment is clean and convenient. Mr. Baskaran Saraswathai mani,kakali give me a good service and guide. The restaruant food is good, and room service is good. i will come back again when i visit Chennai

My profession is factory management. I have many cooperative manufacturers in Chennai such as Foxconn and TAMT. I often have to audit various factories. In May this year, I had an emergency and had to check out of the hotel 2 days early (8:00 am). They insisted that I pay for one more day because I impacted their revenue, otherwise they would not be allowed to leave. It was the first time I saw a hotel using this excuse to force charges. The money was nothing, but the experience was terrible. I will never dare to step into a hotel like this again in my life. Moreover, the food in this hotel is poor, and the service attitude of the front desk supervisor is particularly poor. 我職業是工廠管理,在清奈有許多合作廠商如Foxconn,TAMT,我常常要去審計各個工廠,今年五月我有個緊急事件要於早上提前2天退房(早上8:00),酒店堅持要我多付一天的費用,理由是我影響了他們營收,不給錢不許走,我第一次見有旅館用這個理由強收費用,這點錢沒什麼但體驗太差。我這輩子再也不敢踏入這種旅館了。並且這旅館吃的也差,櫃檯主管服務態度尤其差。

Questo albergo si presenta bene ma in realtà presenta diversi problemi su cui il personale dovrebbe lavorare. Premetto che nel mio caso avevo a disposizione una suite, per cui sicuramente lo spazio era sovrabbondante. Il soggiorno è stato breve e per motivi di lavoro, come suppongo per la stragrande maggiornza degli ospiti. Segnalo i problemi che dovrebbero essere risolti e che ho sperimentato durante il mio soggiorno. Al secondo piano la moquette del corridoio emana un intenso e sgradevole odore di muffa, se potete scegliete altri piani, magari più in alto. Il ristorante a la carte (non ho mangiato al buffet) offre un menu online che apparentemente è ricco e vario, ma in realtà molte delle pietanze mostrate come disponibili non lo sono e questo è fastidioso in una risorsa online che dovrebbe sempre essere aggiornata. In bagno è presente la vasca (sigh) che può essere usata come piatto doccia, peccato che azionando quest'ultima gran parte dell'acqua si scarichi sul pavimento, con allagamenti fastidiosi. La soluzione migliore sarebbe l'eliminazione dell'antidiluviana vasca da bagno, ma basterebbe anche isolare meglio la doccia rispetto alla vasca sottostante. Ultima noia: ho chiesto un check out ritardato di qualche ora senza sovrapprezzo o al limite con metà tariffa, dato che il mio volo di ritorno era alle 2 del mattino: mi è stata offerta una partenza ritardata (ri-sigh) alle 15 pagando la tariffa di una notte. A questo punto tanto vale fermarsi fino a giorno dopo, potendo. In conclusione nessun problema gravissimo, ma una serie di noie che dovrebbero essere evitate in un albergo d'affari, peraltro sempre pieno, e con tariffe non eccessivamente concorrenziali: nelle vicinanze c'è di meglio pagando anche meno.

De kamer (op vloer 4) was ruim, schoon en netjes. Goede airconditioning. Het buffet (ontbijt en diner) was uitstekend, veel keus aan diverse Indiase (vegetarische en vlees-)gerechten, pasta, fruit, brood, zuivel, salades, ijs en taartjes en heel erg lekker allemaal (alleen de kaas was niet zo bijzonder, maar dat was niet zo erg, dat heb ik thuis wel). Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een bijkomend belangrijk voordeel was dat dit hotel heel dicht bij het werk was, met de taxi slechts 10 a 15 minuten.
