An ok stay but perhaps wouldn’t return

So we usually stay in the Hilton, but this time we gave these guys a shot. I’ll be honest with you, it wasn’t for us. This hotel is very much a hustle bustle hotel, meaning, it’s very busy. It’s not a typical five star hotel where you have a proper lobby area, lots of nice interior decoration and design. It’s very much there for convenience, walking distance to the mosque and etc. The location is on the backside of the Mosque, which isn’t a big deal at all, it’s all Interlinked anyway. The staff at the concierge desk are sadly quite rude. They were standing there chatting away to one another even when there were two guests standing there for help. We had an issue with the lift where we almost got stuck and when we came out to try and tell the concierge staff what happened, they almost dismissed me to tell me that we must have selected a different button and that’s what made the lift malfunction. I was quite upset by this so I had to explain to them that this is not correct customer service. If a customer is coming to you for help or to feedback something, it is their responsibility to listen rather than to dismiss. I would highly recommend the manager look into training the concierge desk staff a little more on professionalism. On a positive note, we had a very good experience from Abdulraouf Rezqy. His customer service towards myself and my husband was delightful as he went out of his personal way to 1st show us the rooms which he was upgrading us to. He walked with us the entire way and made sure we were happy with it before allocating it to us. This is what probably made our stay somewhat pleasant. He upgraded us to a lovely suite as I mentioned the special occasion. He made conversation with us and overall gave us what we deem and are accustomed to as great hotel customer service.

The rooms are neat the staff are helpful. Strategically located very close to the masjid Nabawi. In all it was a pleasant experience.

Very nice polite hotel staff. Excellent services. Located centrally and walking distance to the haram. Abdul jabber was fantastic with us during breakfast service. Highly recommend this place if you’re coming in large groups/kids.
