Yet again another fantastic stay. From walking through the door and being greeted by Stuart to the wonderful service by Leah and amazing food. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is amazing. Would highly recommend a stay and great location for exploring Liverpool. We will 100% be back. Thankyou again for making our weekend memorable.

We had a wonderful stay in Liverpool for New Year. The Pullman is a great hotel in a convenient place - on the banks of the Mersey - to see the sights of a great city. Hotel top class in nearly all respects - except there's no drawers in any room - even the bedside tables have none - meaning all ones clothes are piled high on one shelf next to the fridge. If drawers cannot be fitted, please just supply some containers that fit.

I was here for New Year and a total terrible experience. The food was just cheap crapp and as for the entertainment it was a joke. A guy with 2 speakers at the end of the restaurant singing. In the picture you will see the so called 3 course dinner.

The food offering on the 30th December which you have attached pictures of was a buffet as agreed with your tour operator the meals for the other two nights including New Year Eve were served plated meals. In terms of the entertainment this was arranged and provided by your tour operator with no input from the hotel kind regards Neil Brailsford General Manager

Stayed from the Saturday until today for me and my partner for a getaway and to watch the Liverpool vs Manchester United game and honestly there isn’t a single bad thing I could think of apart from where they forgot our extra keycard but other than that everything else was absolutely amazing. Comfy bed, clean room and bathroom, lovely view and staff were very friendly not a single bad review definitely will be coming back again

We have had the most fantastic family celebration at the Pullman hotel on 21st December 2024 thanks to Jurgita, Sarah and Marco and the rest of the hotel team. My daughter had returned from Australia with her new husband and we needed somewhere central to hold a party for 50+ guests. Jurgita, the Operations Manager and Sarah the Marketing Manager organised everything for us from the magnificent buffet to the beautifully decorated events room. The ambience they created was magical and we were all delighted with the attention to detail provided. Marco the photographer captured the event with a range of photographs that we will treasure for ever.

Barbara Thank you for choosing to book your family celebrations with us here at Pullman Liverpool. Delighted to read you had a great time and made memories.
