We’re pleased to hear that your check-in was simple, and that you found the superior room well-equipped with many complimentary amenities, from toiletries to a comfortable bed. It’s great to know you enjoyed our breakfast offerings and the extended breakfast hours as well. However, we sincerely apologise for the areas where your experience fell short. The issue with other guests experiencing check-in delays is certainly not representative of the level of service we strive to provide, and we regret that it affected your impression upon arrival. We are also concerned to hear about the cleanliness issues in your room and the discomfort caused by the window and the bathroom layout. Cleanliness and comfort are extremely important to us, and your comments will be addressed with our housekeeping team to ensure our standards are consistently maintained. We regret that the atmosphere in the hotel was noisier than expected during your stay, and we will review this to better manage the guest experience, especially at quieter times.
