Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting our location. We’re pleased it added to your experience. I apologize for the confusion regarding parking. While our hotel does not have an onsite car park, we have an arrangement with the nearby NCP car park for those who choose to use it, though it is not mandatory. To assist our guests, we send an email prior to check-in with full details on parking options, and similar information is available at our reception desk. Additionally, our team is fully trained to provide guidance on local parking and, just to clarify, none of the car parks in the area use a ticket-stamping system. Your comments are valuable to us, and we’re committed to making any necessary improvements to avoid future misunderstandings.
