We always aim to provide a clean and comfortable environment for all of our guests, and I’m sorry that your experience did not meet these standards. Regarding your communication with Booking.com, I’d like to clarify that because you chose to book through their platform, they manage the reservation and the communication process. While we always strive to assist guests in any way we can, any issues or changes to bookings made through third-party platforms, such as Booking.com, need to be addressed directly with them. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over their response times or the communication process.
