Hotel is in a great location in walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and live music Room was basic the bathroom reminded me of being in a caravan but shower was good and plenty of hot water - bed was really comfortable it was good value for the money we paid We were given a free car Parking pass at check in for signing up to the Accor hotel app we parked at the NCP Moorfields car park at the back of the hotel down Vernon Street beware it’s the second car park not the one right behind the hotel we parked from Fri to Sunday car was fine in there think the premier Inn use it as well for their guests Loved the free hot chocolate, and other hot drinks available behind the bar this is a nice touch, and the check out being 11am was great as it snowed overnight on our visit! Would definitely stay again on our next visit to Liverpool

Beautiful building with quirky, Liverpool centric aesthetic in downtown city location. Rooms after named after Beatles’ tracks. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Tall, (European?) young guy on Reception was particularly helpful. Rooms were comfortable with really good, virtual blackout curtains - something essential for a good night’s sleep, that most hotels bizarrely miss! Only downside was every communal area was completely overheated to point of being unbearable. However everything else was great.

What more could you want in a hotel stay. Check out is at 11am … Not bad after a night out that’s for sure. Very friendly staff, welcoming and warm, extremely helpful and in the heart of everything. Cleanliness everywhere .. Comfy bed. Will return that’s a definite. Don’t miss out on this little gem

Generally the hotel was fine, good location, pleasant staff and nice to have free tea/ coffee any time in reception.However, the weather was cold and heating didn’t seem to work in bedroom. Then, on both nights of our stay, the air conditioning/ heater unit gurgled during the night, disturbing our sleep.

The room was comfy and it was equiped with little details that made it cozy. The staff we met were friendly and they explained to us everything very clear. The premises are very near of interest places and very good reaturants and bars. The only thing I will improve in the rooms are the bathrooms that look a bit like portable toilets. Our experience at this hotel was great!
