However, we regret to learn that your dining experience did not meet your expectations. Item disappeared while staying there. CCTV evidence but no response

Dear Rob As previously communicated, we fully investigated your report at the time it was raised. Our team reviewed CCTV footage and contacted both our housekeeping and external laundry provider. Unfortunately, there was no evidence that the item you described (blue Hollister shorts) was removed from your room or recovered by any staff. We understand how upsetting it is to misplace a personal item during travel and we genuinely sympathise. I believe this matter has now been resolved amicably.
