Stayed in twin room but there was No room to separate the 2 singles in might aswell been a double too close to wardrobeand desk...I have restless legs syndrome so I like to have space so I don't keep kicking my husband ...breakfast good and most people catered for but would expect vegetarian sausage maybe these days...more mature staff lovely. We arrived 10 mins before start of F1 and was expecting to have to run somewhere to watch but the lovely lady on desk put it on for us in the bar...mature staff lovely younger ones not so nice ..we asked if disabled parking was available but no chance of using it as staff and other people with No badge used most of spaces ..the best thing about this hotel in location...right by the Albert dock and city centre

We stayed over for my daughters dance competition. I can't fault the hotel/room it had everything you needed for a short stay, rooms bit outdated but was nice and clean. Breakfast was lovely and lots of selection. Great that it stays on till 12. Couple of negatives, security lady needs to learn about talking to customers with a kindly manner instead speaking to us with an awful attitude because a few of us moms was laughing. We was WARNED to lower our decibals not once but twice in 1 conversation because we was upsetting other customers. No customers was affected by our laughing and said how rudely we was spoken to. If it was that we was being too loud I would of appreciated just to be told nicely to lower our laughing instead of the attitude and manner she said it in. Ruined our night has we felt we couldn't even speak so we ended up going to our rooms early. 2nd negative, I was told it was £16 a day for my friend to use the carpark while waiting for us to finish competition. I went to pay and got charged £28 which is very expensive for 10 hours parking! So please check cost before you park on there. Overall a nice stay.

Stinks.This hotel smells like a greasy spoon. The kitchen isn’t vented well and the rooms. Public areas all smell like fried food badly masked with air freshener. I had to stay here last year and it stunk then too. The cleanliness of the room has slightly improved but given the choice I would avoid this hotel.

We stayed here for a concert. The room was perfect for our requirements. We only noticed after the concert the toilet door of room 229 wouldn’t shut! The hotel was so quiet & we had a great nights sleep. The food was great at breakfast. My daughter in particular loved the Nutella machine. Can’t fault it but don’t expect the ritz. Staff were quite young & could have been friendlier but they weren’t unfriendly either. The lifts were fast which is always a plus. Hotel doesn’t ring taxis for guests so make sure to Uber. Overall a good stay & we’d stay again.

Tiny room but did have air-conditioning. Was with a tour group and our breakfast time was 7 to 7.30 and on bus by 7.45 Went to breakfast at 7 and left to go back to room to brush teeth and collect luggage. Found we were locked out of rooms , key card deactivated and same for our friends. Had to line up at reception to get access to our rooms again. The guy at reception was rude and couldn't of cared less. What hotel locks you out of your room 7.15 in the morning. Stay away from this horrible place.
