While we are pleased that you chose our Prestige Suite for your stay, we are truly sorry to learn that your experience did not meet the 5-star standards we strive to deliver. Please accept our sincere apologies for the oversight regarding the bathrobe. This should have been prepared in advance, and we regret any inconvenience it caused. We have already reinforced our room preparation procedures with the team to prevent such lapses. We also appreciate your comments about our lift system. While designed for enhanced security and privacy, we understand that it can feel unfamiliar at first.
